Role Description
This is a full-time Litigation Associate Attorney role located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, legal writing, and handling court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations and trials. The role will offer the opportunity to work with knowledgeable partners on a broad range of matters, interact with clients, and learn key business development skills.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of complex commercial litigation experience
- Additional experience in the areas of construction, corporate, labor and employment and/or municipal law is a plus
- Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Ability to function across a variety of practice areas and types of cases
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and bar admission in Illinois
